oogg Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the oogg platform. All rules regarding account registration, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, the VIP program, and responsible gaming are set out here in detail.
Introduction and Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the oogg platform and all its services. By accessing the oogg website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the oogg platform. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account at oogg, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in all accounts and associated funds being forfeited.
- You are playing in your own name and with your own funds — playing on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
oogg may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
oogg supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following policy applies to deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity is confirmed during the verification process. oogg reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at oogg. Additional terms may apply to specific offers and will be stated on the relevant offer page.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at oogg, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Another example: a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total of ৳42,000.
- This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be used once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
- Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in wagers before withdrawal.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through strategic betting, is prohibited.
- oogg reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
The oogg VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%. New members generally start at this tier.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%. Maintaining regular gaming activity can move you to this tier.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. Maximum benefits and priority support are available at this tier.
VIP cashback is collected every week and added directly to your account balance. Specific conditions may apply to receiving cashback. oogg reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time and members will be notified of any changes.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oogg platform. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Interfering with another user's account or any form of hacking attempt.
- Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Managing an account on behalf of a third party or professionally handling another person's bets.
Game Rules and Fairness
All games on oogg use software from the following providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by these providers' technology and fair play is ensured.
- Each game has its own rules. You are advised to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.
- For game sessions that could not be completed due to a technical error, oogg will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy.
- In sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- oogg does not display live scores or real-time data; any betting decision is entirely at the user's own discretion.

- Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- At the user's own request to close their account.
If no illegal activity is proven at the time of account termination, any applicable balance will be returned. However, active bonuses or bonuses with unmet wagering requirements are not refundable upon cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
oogg is an entertainment platform and accepts no responsibility for guaranteeing or compensating financial losses incurred through gaming.
- oogg is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues on the platform.
- oogg is not responsible for games that could not be completed due to loss of internet connection, but a suitable resolution will be provided where possible.
- Third-party game providers are directly responsible for technical errors arising from their own technology.
- If a user's login details fall into another person's hands, the user bears full responsibility.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
